CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS (A SHORT STORY)

At Financial Nerve, we don’t believe in selling big promises upfront.

Instead of taking full fees on Day 1 and trapping anyone, we do the opposite:

👉 We first let you experience our teaching quality

👉 Then you decide whether to continue

This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and pressure-free — for you and for us.

OUR TWO-STEP ENROLLMENT MODEL (VERY IMPORTANT)

STEP 1: REGISTRATION PHASE (TRIAL ACCESS)

You pay a small registration fee
You get access for 5 days
You can experience:

○ Teaching style

○ Content quality

○ Learning environment

○ Mentorship approach

This phase exists only so you can judge us before committing.

STEP 2: CONTINUATION PHASE (FULL ENROLLMENT)

If you are satisfied within 5 days:

○ You pay the remaining course fees

○ Your seat is confirmed

○ Fees paid after this stage are NON-REFUNDABLE

REFUND RULES (READ CAREFULLY)

✅ WHEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND

If you are NOT satisfied within the first 5 days
You inform us within those 5 days
We will refund the registration fee

No arguments. No drama. No guilt.

❌ WHEN YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND

If 5 days have passed and:

○ You neither paid the remaining fees

○ Nor asked for a refund

👉 The registration fee is forfeited

This is because:

Resources were allocated
Time was invested
Access was provided

❌ NO REFUNDS AFTER FULL PAYMENT

Once:

The 5-day period is over AND
The remaining fees are paid

👉 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

This includes:

Change of mind
Market losses
Time constraints
Personal reasons
“I thought it would be easier”
“I expected tips/signals”

In line with SEBI’s instructions for financial educators and finfluencers:

Financial Nerve provides education only, not investment advice
We are not SEBI-registered Investment Advisers or Research Analysts
We do not provide:

○ Buy/sell/hold calls

○ Targets or stop-losses

○ Live or recent market recommendations

All educational examples:

Are concept-based
Use historical market data (generally with a minimum 3-month lag)
Are meant to teach thinking, not execution

Refunds will not be granted on the basis that:

You expected tips or signals
You expected guaranteed returns
You assumed live trading support

These expectations go against SEBI guidelines and our platform ethics.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (ONLY IF ELIGIBLE)

If you are within the first 5 days and not satisfied:

○ Contact details

○ Reason (optional, but appreciated)

Refunds (if eligible) are processed within a reasonable time via the original payment method.

FINAL & BINDING DECISION

All refund decisions made by Aadya Financialnerve Private Limited shall be:

Final
Binding
Non-negotiable

By enrolling, you confirm that you:

Agree to it without force or pressure
